On the 30th we went to Powerscourt Gardens. Beautiful area where we took lots of photos and there was a great view of the mountains (hills) in the distance.
On the 1st we went to the museum of archaeology in Dublin... unfortunately no photos were allowed to be taken in there but I have a floor plan. There was awesome ancient weaponry and clothing and stuff from Ireland's past as well as a section for Egyptian artifacts (and mummies) and Vikings and all that good stuff.
The 2nd we went to the Jameson distillery and the Guinness Storehouse where Jon and my mom enjoyed a whiskey tasting (they say Irish whiskey is the best)and we all learned how whiskey and beer are made... goodies.
The 3rd we went to the zoo, which was totally awesome. Although some of the animals were more difficult to see, they were in better personal environments for themselves and their happiness was shown in their reproduction. They even had a video of of an elephant baby being born.
The 4th we went to Waterford, which I loved. They had a really nice shopping center which we will return to. We also bought lots and lots of waterford crystal... which was the most expensive things we got in the entire time here (not counting eating our every day).
Then yesterday we went to Kilkenney Castle, which was just about like every other castle... and I was so tired from the drive that we just went home and then ate at the Dungeon Bar and Grill in the basement of our hotel, which was DELICIOUS!!!! but incredibly expensive.
Now we're off to see some grave stones if we can find them.
In this adventure time I have also successfully lost both of my jackets.

Now I'm going to bed. xD; See you Tuesday since I actually remembered our sci-fi class was canceled.
